Thanks for informative vid now i am 50, after turn 40 my eye sight start bad (blury vision)now couple of weeks ago i start eye exercise for ten minutes just stair to the ceiling for 20 sec then down for 20sec then left and right 20 sec then role my eyes 20 sec repeat 2 times i feel significant  improvement in my eye sight(i do my exercise at parking lot cause i get to my job 20 minutes early :)

Thank you very much for your video. It is also is an instant cure for bruises etc. and is ideal for children as it does not smart or pain. Just cut a tiny piece of the leaf, cut open it and apply the gel to the affected area.  It is so cooling unlike applying Detol or any other spirits. Yes Alo Vera is one of the best plants provided by Mother Nature.
