Mako akokɔsrade, Pepper ( Capsicum Chinese) From Eastern region of Ghana-5 Seed
"The name of the pepper is from the Twi language. It's spelled "Mako akokTsrade". Notice that funny-looking letter in the middle of the second word: this is an "open o", and you pronounce it like "au" in the word "caught". So, what does the name mean? Mako simply means "pepper". AkokTsrade has a couple meanings; it can refer to either "chicken fat", or "the color yellow". So, the local name translate to basically "yellow pepper". In East Akyim, there really seems to be basically just one yellow pepper to worry about, so there's no need to make any further distinction" (J. T. Delaney 2012)

Mr. Delaney is fascinated about finding and collecting local, native, hidden, obscure, forgotten, rare pepper from all over the world. His dedication resulted in enriching the pepper culture her in the USA. We were lucky to know Mr. Delaney and trade seeds with him many thank for Mr. Blake Henry from Gimhae. Kyungsungnamdo, Korea. This person is another serious pepperlover who has always supported the pepper, industry and culture and shared his passion about peppers with others.
