Hello Visitor,
It is very important for us to know that we are what we eat- this is why we have to pay good attention to what we eat. If you are not all that grown, a simple discussion with your grandmother/grandfather or any elderly person in your community, household or neighborhood will yield this result, where they will tell you that most of the contemporary diseases we have today, were not common at their time.
I remember when I was growing up, we only ate Chicken when the family had a visitor. Do you remember eating chicken meal only during Christmas which is the origin for the name BRONYA AKOK).
Do you also remember that those days, we drank minerals ( soda or soft drinks) during parties or Our Days at school? Do you recollect the days where after drinking the soft drink to the last bottom, you would be sipping it little by little so that it does not finish too soon?
The experiences were as good as our genuine healthy status at the time.
What we see today is abnormal chaotic consumption of deadly foods that are responsible for most of the deadly diseases we have.
Name them, Liver, Kidney, Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Stroke, Heart Challenges etc.
The videos below beginning with the one from Ghana is our educational gift to all of you to empower you with knowledge to help you to stay away from consuming deadly foods.
Your health is Your Wealth.
Thanks for Visiting.
